SearchedBy is a tool that shows a business how AI assistants present it. It asks ChatGPT with search, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews and Claude with search the questions your customers ask, in their language, and checks whether your site can be read, cited and recommended.
It's made in Berlin by Pablo Pavon, a Data & Business Analyst, and opened to the public in October 2026. The first scan is free.

What it does

- Audit and monitoring: every question asked several times a day on every engine, against your competitors, then a monthly report with ranges.
Who's behind it
Pablo Pavon is a Data & Business Analyst based in Berlin, originally from Argentina. He wrote the method: which questions to ask, how to read an answer, how to score a site and what a report can and can't claim. The software is built with AI assistance and checked by automated tests before every release.

How we measure
We ask each AI through its official API (Google's AI Overviews through a data provider), never by scripting the consumer apps, so what you see in the apps can differ. One answer is a snapshot, not a score: paid work asks every question several times and reports ranges. See how to measure AI visibility.

What we never do
- Promise a position in ChatGPT, Google or any other engine. Nobody can.
- Buy or sell mentions, reviews or links.
- Sell your data or send your email to the AI providers.

The scan is free and there's no account to create. The in-depth assessment comes with a quote and you decide whether to go ahead.
